Propionibacterium acnes is one of the gram-positive bacteria that causes acne. Many acne treatments use synthetic drugs have side effects. One alternative for treatment using fermented products such as kombucha. The potential kombucha an anti-acne can be increased by adding turmeric during fermentation process. product Turmeric Kombucha, which will applied to skin. cosmetic dosage form developed Facial Toner. research carried out aims formulate and test activity facial toner preparations against P.acnes bacteria. novelties this include increasing Kombucha addition active ingredient in meet evaluation requirements, tests, stability tests. stages method started with variations concentration time. results tested antibacterial paper disc diffusion method. has highest activity, then used substance preparations, evaluated stability. all formulas requirements organoleptic, pH, viscosity show F3 a stable formula at room temperature storage extreme temperatures. Based on irritation test, did not irritate. showed could inhibit most effective inhibition diameter 7.33 ± 0.57 mm, F1 F4 6.33 F2 6 0 mm. This study concludes formulated toner.
